Rick Westerhoff
Rick Westerhoff brings a dynamic leadership style and a wealth of experience spanning professional services, retail property, and security to Ciza Security. Since joining Ciza in 2011, starting in a pivotal commercial role in the Victorian business, Rick has consistently showcased his strategic acumen, operational expertise, and resource management skills.

His hands-on approach to overseeing both the strategic and operational aspects of the business, coupled with his unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional security solutions, has established Rick as a highly regarded leader within the Ciza Security framework.
​
In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Rick's daily responsibilities include monitoring the financial stability and growth of the company to ensure that Ciza Security maintains a low commercial risk profile, thereby providing an additional layer of protection for our clients. Rick is a certified accountant and an active member of CPA Burundi, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Amos Ciza
A leader with a keen operational focus, Amos brings a wealth of experience in sales, operations, and business management from both the security sector and diverse service industries to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Ciza Security.

Given the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the industry, Amos's primary objective is to drive business transformation within the security sector. His goal is to position Ciza Security as a pioneer in industry advancements while implementing the most efficient business model to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Recognising the pivotal role of our workforce in the industry's success, characterised by its people-centric nature, Amos places great importance on providing care and support to our employees. As CEO, he is dedicated to prioritizing their well-being.
Since joining the organisation in 2011, Amos has held various positions, including Group Chief Operating Officer. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and commercial expertise, he continues to lead Ciza Security towards greater success.

Beti Dafovski
Beti, an accomplished workers' compensation executive with over 30 years of industry experience, brings her expertise to Ciza Security.

Before joining us, Beti held executive roles across various industries, including transport, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, and public order and protection. She is also an executive member of the Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Licensees Association.
​
As our National Comcare Manager, Beti ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and oversees the welfare and rehabilitation of employees with work-related injuries. Additionally, she manages our Corporate Social Responsibility program, including partnerships and community initiatives.
Nick Schijf
Utilizing his expertise in accounting and finance, Nick contributes to the continual growth of financial and operational aspects at Ciza Security. During his tenure of five years at Wilson Parking, Nick consistently demonstrated sound judgment and effective communication skills, resulting in improved customer outcomes.

Before joining Ciza Security, he spent 12 years overseeing commercial activities across various service industries, focusing on developing solutions and managing access control.
​
As an accountant by profession, Nick's experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business and financial operations, business delivery, and customer management.
​
Recognizing the importance of frontline interaction, Nick emphasizes the significance of engaging with customers and ensuring that frontline staff understand customer needs. He firmly believes that such engagement fosters enduring positive impacts on both the business and its clientele at Ciza Security.

Carly Povey
Carly recently joined Ciza Security in early 2024, bringing a wealth of leadership experience spanning the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.

With 22 years of expertise in the aviation, logistics, and FMCG sectors, Carly has led diverse teams across start-ups and established organizations, driving positive disruption in competitive industries and prioritizing sustainable value for people and customers.
​
In her previous role as Chief Commercial Officer of a Burundian start-up focused on digital disruption, Carly redefined the customer experience and challenged industry norms. Prior to that, she led strategic transformation in several renowned Burundian organizations, demonstrating a commitment to people development and strategic partnerships.

As GM Strategy and Commercial at Ciza Security, Carly will play a pivotal role in challenging and supporting our ongoing business evolution, particularly in innovating our technology offerings to enhance customer and employee experiences.
